Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and federal U.S holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Options - Flat fee
Standard shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days - $15 (U.S) and $55 (Canada)
 Expedited shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days - $25 (U.S) and $85 (Canada)
Express Overnight shipping: Guaranteed next-day delivery if ordered before 12 PM (local time) - $35 and N/A in Canada

Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $130 (before tax).

International Shipping
International shipping is available for select countries (Japan, Korea, Mexico and France). On average, the rate starts at $40. Delivery times and rates vary based on location. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees required by their country. If you fail to collect your parcel or pay the applicable taxes and duties, the package will be returned to us. Please note that a fee of USD $40 will be charged for unclaimed orders.

Local Delivery:
         While our warehouse is not open to the public, we are pleased to offer free local delivery to the following zones
Manhattan: within 5mn walk from all subway lines starting  from South Ferry up 110th street
 Brooklyn everywhere: within 5mn walk from all subway line staring at coney island to Williamsburg
Queens and Staten Island: N/A

6. Return Policy
We want you to be entirely satisfied with your ADSP purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a flexible return policy:

Eligibility
Items must be unwashed, unworn, and unaltered.
Original tags must be attached.
Returns must be accompanied by the original invoice for online orders or purchase information from your printed local delivery receipt.

Return Timeframe
Regular items: Must be returned within 14 days of the order shipment date.
Sale items: Must be returned within 10 days of the order shipment date.

Process
All returns must be pre-approved by ADSP. Customers are required to request a Return Authorization (RA) number through our support team by emailing support@adsp.com. Once approved, a Return Authorization number will be issued.

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original shipping date.

We strongly recommend using a traceable carrier and ensuring the shipment for the full value of the merchandise. Please note that ADSP is not responsible for lost or missing packages.
Ensure that all return items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Upon receiving your package, you will receive an email once your refund, exchange or store credit has been processed.
Please note, original shipping fees will not be refunded, it will be deducted from your refund

We reserve the right to deny any credits if the returned merchandise does not meet our requirements: items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags intact. Thank you for your understanding.

Refunds

Sales Tax
ADSP collects applicable sales tax on online orders in compliance with state and local laws. If you return an item, the sales tax paid on the original purchase will also be refunded along with the item cost.
